Appointments & Deposits
All appointments must be booked and confirmed in advance.
A £30 deposit is required to secure a standard mobile phlebotomy appointment. The remaining £30 is payable on the day of your appointment by card or cash.
Your booking is confirmed once your deposit has been received and your appointment details have been provided.
Prices for specialist testing and additional services will be confirmed before booking.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that circumstances can change and kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.
• More than 24 hours' notice: You may request a refund of your deposit or rearrange your appointment.
• Less than 24 hours' notice: A reasonable cancellation charge may apply, reflecting costs or losses incurred as a result of your cancellation.
• Missed appointments: If you are unavailable at the agreed appointment time, reasonable costs already incurred may be deducted from your deposit.
Any cancellation charge will be assessed fairly, taking account of costs saved and any opportunity to fill the appointment.
Your statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.
Changes Made by Us
If we need to cancel your appointment, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of any payment made.
Blood Collection
All blood collection procedures are subject to clinical suitability and patient consent.
Occasionally, obtaining a blood sample may not be possible. If this happens, we will discuss the available options with you, including whether another appointment is appropriate.
Any refund or repeat appointment will be considered fairly, taking account of the circumstances and your statutory rights.
Laboratory Testing
Unless expressly included in your booking, our standard appointment fee covers blood collection only.
Laboratory testing, sample analysis and result reporting may incur additional charges, which will be explained before your appointment.
Your Right to Cancel
Where applicable, bookings made online, by telephone or by message are subject to a statutory 14-day cancellation period.
You may request an appointment within this period. Where you expressly ask us to begin providing the service before the cancellation period ends, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for services already provided if you subsequently cancel.
Where the service has been fully performed following your express request and acknowledgement, your statutory right to cancel that service may end.
